The study maps and assesses the existing national policy responses and initiatives related to Industry 4.0 in the Philippines and collects information on current upskilling policies and programmes. The research was further informed by consultations and a validation process involving government, employers’ and workers’ organizations, private sector and other stakeholders in the Philippines with a view to further informing the development of sectoral initiatives for skills development and full and productive employment and decent work for all.
