This paper highlights the major findings of the Focus Group Discussions (FGDs), which covered groups of women in rural communities, displaced women and men working in the export processing zones, returning Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs), dependents or household members receiving remittances, informal sector workers and/or informal service providers and the unemployed youth.
