The ILO helps address gender inequality in the technology-enabled jobs of tomorrow through the Women in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics Programme. The ILO Women in STEM Programme promotes a future that works for all and seeks to increase opportunities for women and girls in technology through scholarships and various training.

Four women in tech share how technology is changing their lives, followed by a tech-inspired performance by the Manila LED Tron Dancers as part of the ILO 24-Hour Global Tour Manila segment on the Future of Work.

The ILO marked its 100th Anniversary or ILO Centenary with special events happening from 24 countries around the world for 24 hours. The Philippines was the first country in Asia to broadcast live globally for the ILO 24-Hour Global Tour held on 11 April 2019.
