The agenda focused on the presentation of the management structure and roles and responsibilities of the four stakeholders - the Municipal Local Government Unit (MLGU), the Barangay Local Government Unit (BLGU), the Timanan Central Elementary School (TCES), and its Parent-Teacher Association (PTA).

Participants included the TCES School Principal, Municipal Planning and Development Office, the Municipal Engineering Office and a PTA representative of TCES.

It was also highlighted that although the Sangguniang Bayan will enact the Operations Manual ordinance, it was necessary that policies and guidelines will be developed by the local stakeholders first using a bottom-up approach, and ensure that communities have participated in the whole process.

The barangay will conduct will community consultations prior to enactment of the ordinance. It was also reported that the construction of the water facility has been completed.

Painting works and water testing were set for the coming week. Similarly, the programme for the handover ceremony of the water system project in Timanan has been discussed.
