Start and Improve Your Business (SIYB) Training of Master Trainers
To address the growing demand for the ILO’s support to entrepreneurship training and enterprise development services as well as its sustainability, a Training of Master Trainors for the Start and Improve Your Business (SIYB) programme will be held on 4-13 May 2011 in the Philippines.
The ILO Country Office for the Philippines and Enterprise Department in ILO Geneva jointly designed the SIYB training programme. Representatives from the Philippines, Nepal, Vietnam and India are expected to join the training programme, which aims to develop better appreciation and application of the SIYB methodology through partnerships with business organizations, business service providers, micro-finance institutions, local governments and other local institutions.
