Call for proposals: National Expert on Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) and Lifelong Learning for Skills for Prosperity (SfP) Project –Philippines
The ILO will engage an External Collaborator (Excol) on Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) and Lifelong Learning for Skills for Prosperity (SfP) Project –Philippines. The consultancy will be for 50 working days on an intermittent basis, tentatively from August 30 to November 15, 2021 with November 15, 2021 being the deadline for submission of all Deliverables. The legal duration of the contract shall be set from August 30 to December 31, 2021 in order to accommodate for the related internal requirements of the ILO. The interested consultant is requested to submit their application to mnlsfpproject@ilo.org by 27 August 2021 by 12:00 noon in Manila.
The National Expert will provide expertise to support Philippine stakeholders in their efforts towards actualizing lifelong learning principles through coherent pathways and credit grants for formal, non-formal and informal qualifications gained through various skills development modes.
