The purpose of these document is to foster cooperation among Regional Conference on Migration (RCM) Member States and provide guidance on how to proceed when a child victim of trafficking is discovered, as well as actions to transfer and repatriate the victim, if it is deemed appropriate and in the best interests of the child. It is a concrete tool that seeks to encourage synergy among RCM countries, while struggling to ensure the protection of the human rights of victims of trafficking.
