111th Session of the International Labour Conference (2023)

Registration upon arrival to Geneva

To access to Conference premises at the Palais des Nations and the ILO building, all participants will have to be in possession of a personalized badge with photo, obtained at the registration desks located at the ILO building or at the Pregny Gate of the Palais des Nations.

The desk located at the P1 level of the ILO building is reserved for members of the press and visitors only. A new registration space will welcome Conference participants at the R3 level (North) of the ILO building.

To register and obtain your badge at the registration desk, please proceed as follows:
  • Verify that your credentials have been received at Credentials live.
  • Go to one of the registration desks with a valid identity document, containing a photograph, and your name in Latin script, issued by countries or other entities recognized by the United Nations.
Permanent Missions will have the possibility to collect badges for high-level officials (Ministers, Vice-Ministers, State Secretaries, Permanent Secretaries, Permanent Representatives
and equivalent, and invited Permanent Observer Missions) in advance upon presentation of:

  • A duly signed written authorization (i.e., note verbale) indicating the name of the authorized individual who will collect the badge and their contact information (ID number and phone number);
  • A passport (original or scanned copy) to verify the identity of the high-level official;
  • A photograph (in electronic format), if no photo has been uploaded in advance (i.e., through the email validation link which is sent directly to each accredited delegate).
Kindly note that all other individuals must be accredited to the Conference and must collect their own ILC photo badge from one of the registration offices.

Once you have your badge, you must wear it visibly and carry with you an identity document at all times, as random checks are foreseen both at the Palais des Nations and at the ILO.
