SafeYouth@Work Congress - XXI World Congress on Safety and Health at Work

The SafeYouth@Work Congress takes place in parallel with the XXI World Congress on Safety and Health at Work on 1-6 September.

The SafeYouth@Work Congress takes place in parallel with the XXI World Congress on Safety and Health at Work. There are 120 Youth Champions from around the world, aged 18-24, recruited and prepared to participate in the SafeYouth@Work Congress, engage broader World Congress participants, and to become agents of change for SafeYouth@Work in their home countries. 8 Viet Nam Youth Champions will be participating in the event.

The objectives of the Congress is to highlight the critical need for awareness of safety and health issues for youth in the workplace, by bringing their voice to the XXI World Congress on Safety and Health at Work. In this forum, Youth Champions will discuss their concerns of safety and health for youth, alongside initiative they wish to convey to policy makers to improve workplace safety. They will also work to develop an Action Plan for future activities towards a culture of prevention for young workers.
