Authorities and bodies
The National Council for Safety and Health at Work is created and defined as the highest advisory instance on OSH. It is tripartite in nature and attached to the Labour and Employment Promotion Sector of the Ministry of Labour and Promotion of Employment.
The Labour Inspectorate is responsible to make sure that there is an accurate compliance with OSH legislation.
