    This review provides an overview of legislative and policy frameworks concerning recruitment of migrant workers in Sri Lanka. The review identifies gaps in relation to the ILO General Principles and Operational Guidelines for Fair Recruitment, and proposes recommendations for ensuring fair recruitment.
