The course addresses the different stages of the process (inspecting workplaces, interviewing victims, gathering evidence), with a focus on the private sector (textile, agriculture, domestic work, etc.).

    The tripartite participants identified and described the strengths and challenges for OSH in Zambia; identified and analyzed the priorities for action in order to improve the OSH system; and put in place a roadmap that would lead to the development and eventual adoption of a National OSH Programme for Zambia.
