The general objective of the course is to strengthen the capacity of employment injury institutions for the management of the occupational accidents and diseases and the promotion of the prevention approach on occupational safety and health (OSH).

The objective of this course is to strengthen the capacity of employment injury institutions to manage occupational accidents and diseases and promote preventive approaches to OSH. This course disseminates the ILO's experience and facilitates knowledge-sharing of selected innovative and successful strategies to promote preventive and proactive OSH approaches involving employment injury schemes.

The course is aimed at decision makers from ministries and institutions in charge of social security and OSH, representatives of employers' and workers' organizations involved in the governance of OSH and social security, technical staff from employment injury institutions, and other people from training institutions involved in OSH and social security issues.
