For this issue ILO interviewed Mr Toshihiro Akahori, Deputy General Manager, Planning and International Department of National Association of Labour Banks (NALB) in Japan. Prior to joining NALB in 2015, he worked at Shizuoka Rokin Labour Bank in Shizuoka Prefecture from 1997 to 2015.

Prior to joining Consorzio Copernico in 2015, she worked at one of the six cooperatives constituting Consorzio Copernico as Chair and Educational Coordinator from 1997 to 2015.

For this issue, ILO interviewed Ms Polina Gkioka, Vice President of Wind of Renewal, a social cooperative in Greece. She joined the cooperative in October 2014 as one of the founding members.

For this issue, ILO interviewed Mr Samuel Le Coeur, a founder and the President of AMELIOR in France since 2012. AMELIOR’s case was presented at a seminar “The Potential of Cooperatives & the Role of Waste Pickers in the Recycling Sector” held in Turkey in December 2016.

ILO met and interviewed Ms Juhee Lee, Manager of International Relations of iCOOP Korea, at the Global Social Economy Forum in Canada in September 2016. She has been working at iCOOP Korea for nine years.
