Official registration will take place at Registration/Information Desk (R3 South) on the first day of the meeting from 7:30 a.m. Each participant will be issued with a badge bearing his/her name. Participants are requested to wear this badge whenever they are in the ILO building.

Due to security reasons, in order to gain access to the ILO building, all participants must be in possession of a valid identity document, containing a photograph, and the name of the participant in Latin script (passport or national identity card).
