Tripartite Meeting of Experts to Examine the Termination of Employment Convention and Recommendation
ILO Geneva, 18 - 21 April 2011 - The purpose of the meeting of a tripartite working group of experts was to examine the Termination of Employment Convention, 1982 (No. 158) and the Termination of Employment Recommendation, 1982 (No. 166); to identify obstacles to ratification and implementation and other relevant current trends in law and practice.
