ILO Research News 2/2015

The first edition of the new, thematic annual flagship report of the ILO Research Department, entitled The Changing Nature of Jobs, highlights the shift in the traditional employment relationship that is taking place across the world of work. In many cases, the emerging patterns of new forms of work is associated with the rise in inequality and poverty rates and risks perpetuating the vicious circle of weak global demand and slow job creation that currently characterizes the global economy.
