The story of Muhammed Najjar, who works at an enterprise benefiting from the Workplace Adaptation Programme carried out by the ILO

ILO Workplace Adaptation Programme aims to help ensure and enhance labour peace and contribute to an efficient and peaceful working environment in unity and solidarity through trainings on promoting the adaptation of Syrian and Turkish workers working at the same workplace and eliminating prejudice. More than 150 Syrian and Turkish workers at 16 firms located in Adana, Mersin and Gaziantep have benefited from ILO's Workplace Adaptation Programme.
