The story of Boshra Shaal, who participated in the vocational training courses carried out by the ILO and was then referred to the apprenticeship training

Boshra is only one of thousands of Syrians who participated in the vocational trainings and Turkish language courses carried out by the ILO in cooperation with the local partners. In cooperation with Chambers of Tradesmen and Craftsmen and Vocational Training Centres, ILO supports the access of Syrians to apprenticeship programmes by informing enterprises and Syrians about the apprenticeship system and by establishing linkages between vocational training centres and the private sector.
