Meeting of the Network of Training Institutions in the Field of Labour (RIIFT) on equality and non-discrimination
On the occasion of its 10th anniversary, members of the Network of Training Institutions in the Field of Labour (RIIFT) gathered in Hammamet, Tunisia to discuss the role of training for labour inspectors and other officials to promote the principles of equality and non-discrimination at work.
Participants gave a series of presentations outlining national legislation on equality and non-discrimination. They also highlighted some of their own training approaches, awareness raising efforts and compliance strategies used to ensure that all workers receive equal opportunity and treatment in employment and occupation.
