The ILO mission was represented by Giuseppe Casale (Director, LAB/ADMIN) and Maria Luz Vega (Senior Labour Administration and Inspection Specialist, LAB/ADMIN). The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the follow up to the general discussion on labour administration and inspection held during the 100th Session of the International Labour Conference in June 2011. It was also an opportunity to consider further collaboration with the Norwegian government as part of the ILO/Norway technical cooperation project on strengthening labour administration and labour inspection services in a number of countries.
