The Governing Body invited the Director-General to convey its condolences to the Government of the Russian Federation and to the family of Mr Yuriy Lyublin; to the Chairperson of the Histadrut and to the family of Mr Yousef Kara; to the Associated Labor Union of the Philippines, to the Trade Union Congress of the Philippines and to the family of Mr Democrito Mendoza.
