Registration and information facilities

Governing Body members, as well as ILO Member States wishing to attend the session as observers, are kindly requested to submit their credentials to the Governing Body Secretariat (governingbody@ilo.org). They may then collect their badges, as well as those of their delegations, by presenting the attached authorization form, duly completed. Members of delegations who already hold permanent access badges to the ILO building do not need to collect another badge to attend the Governing Body session.

Opening hours as follows:

• Thursday, 9 and Friday, 10 March: from 9.00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m. and from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
• Saturday, 11 and Sunday, 12 March: closed
• Monday, 13 and Tuesday, 14 March: from 8.00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Remaining days of the week: from 9.00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Saturday, 18 and Sunday, 19 March: closed
• Monday, 20 March: from 8.00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Remaining days of the week: from 9.00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
