An analysis of public–private partnerships (PPPs)

As requested by the Governing Body in November 2012 and October 2013, this document provides information on the geographical and thematic scope and on the participation of ILO social partners in public–private partnerships (PPPs), as well as an analysis of the PPP selection criteria, the lessons learned and results, and proposals to clarify and refine an ILO strategy with regard to PPPs. for the Governing Body is invited to consider the draft decision in paragraph 26.
