Call for Expressions of Interest - “Improved labour migration governance to protect migrant workers and combat irregular migration” - Independent midterm evaluation

The ILO, Ethiopia is looking for one international team leader and one national consultant for the Mid Term Evaluation of the project “Improved labour migration governance to protect migrant workers and combat irregular migration” The evaluation is to be conducted during April-June 2019. The ILO in collaboration with the tripartite partners and financial support from DFID developed a project that aims to address and reduce irregular migration by improving labour migration governance and making regular labour migration more accessible and desirable to potential migrants in Ethiopia. The TOR has been attached for more information. Interested candidates for any of the two positions should send the followings to Tahmid Arif (arift@ilo.org) with a copy to Ricardo Furman (furman@ilo.org), indicating “MTE_ ETH/16/02/GBR” in the email’s subject line: • A statement describing how the candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience are relevant to the required qualifications for this assignment. • CVs, • Two recent available references including email and phone • Daily fee rate in USD. Fees are commensurate with the consultants’ qualifications and experience as well as with the previous acceptable rates for similar assignment. • A statement confirming that the candidate has no previous involvement in the delivery of the said project or a personal relationship with any ILO Officials who are engaged in the project • Availability during the assignment • Copy of a similar work completed in the recent past.
