The closing workshop for the ILO Social Finance Programme's Microfinance for Decent Work: Action Research (MF4DW), held in Jordan, reviews the work and results of four years of data collection and analysis on the capabilities of microfinance institutions to implement decent work innovations. The workshop is part of the annual Social Performance Task Force (SPTF) Meeting wherein the SPTF officially launched the Universal Standards for Social Performance Management in the microfinance industry.
