International labour standards and corporate social responsibility: the labour dimension of human rights due diligence

Online course aims to strengthen the capacity of participants to understand the principles of international labour standards as they relate to company operations (including due diligence related to labour rights) and how those principles can be most effectively implemented in company operations.

The ILO's International Labour Standards are a critical component of corporate social responsibility and human rights due diligence (HRDD). To respect workers' rights in their operations and supply chains, it is essential that companies have a solid understanding of these rights. This course provides participants with the expertise, tools and knowledge they need to improve their skills in the field of labour-related human rights and core elements of effective HRDD.
