L’intéressé demande également que l’Organisation soit condamnée au versement de la somme de 11 000 euros pour les frais engagés «relatifs aux procédures d’examen des faits de harcèlement et le recours interne restés sans suite».
Mais le Tribunal rappelle sa jurisprudence constante selon laquelle, de tels dépens ne peuvent être accordés par le Tribunal qu’en cas de circonstances exceptionnelles (voir, notamment, les jugements 4665, au considérant 10, 4644, au considérant 3, 4554, au considérant 8, 4541, au considérant 12, 4348, au considérant 8, et 4217, au considérant 12). Or rien dans les écritures du requérant ne permet de conclure que de telles circonstances se rencontreraient en l’espèce.
Par conséquent, cette conclusion doit également être rejetée.
