In re DEGRAEVE

Judgment No. 289

THE ADMINISTRATIVE TRIBUNAL,

Considering the complaint against the International Patent Institute drawn up by Mr. Luc Walter Guido Degraeve on 4 May 1976;

A. Considering that in his complaint Mr. Degraeve, finding that he was not to be promoted in 1976, asked that the matter be reviewed;

B. Considering that by letter of 20 January 1977 to the Registry of the Tribunal the complainant stated that, having obtained the promotion which he claimed, he wished to withdraw suit;

C. Considering that by letter of 25 January 1977 the Institute sent the Registry copies of the notice of the complainant's promotion to grade A6 and of the complainant's letter informing the Director-General that he wished to withdraw suit;

D. Considering that the complainant withdraws suit unreservedly;

DECISION:

The withdrawal of suit by Mr. Degraeve is hereby recorded.
