THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS THE ORGANIZATION TO INCREASE THE AMOUNT OF DAMAGES TO BE PAID TO THE COMPLAINANT TO THE EQUIVALENT OF SIX MONTHS' TAKE-HOME SALARY AND TO PAY HIM $1,250 IN COSTS.
