1. THE COMPLAINANT BE PROMOTED TO GRADE A2-2-6 WITH RETROACTIVE EFFECT TO 1 JULY 1981; AND
2. THE ORGANISATION PAY TO THE COMPLAINANT 1,000 UNITED STATES DOLLARS AS COSTS.
