Decision

1. The impugned decision being set aside, the Organisation shall pay the complainants collectively the sum of 618,457.85 Swiss francs, plus interest to be reckoned at the rate of 5 per cent from 18 February 1995.
2. It shall pay the complainants collectively 8,000 Swiss francs in costs.
