As a matter of clarification, the abandonment case relates only to one seafarer onboard (as per the abandonment report attached to previous communication) and not to the whole crew as indicated in the email.
We would like to offer the following updates on the case:
- the abandoned seafarer received the outstanding wages on 5 April 2024;
- the abandoned seafarer was repatriated on 5 April 2024;
- the vessel has valid insurance with Hydor AS.
We will provide any further update on the case in due course.
