M/V “CAPTAIN ADAM 1 ” - IMO No. 8914087, flying the TANZANIA flag, under the INTERNATIONAL MARITIME BUREAU as class society and recognized organization, was inspected in accordance with the provisions of the international maritime conventions at the Port of Constanta, Romania, on 08.04.2024 and deficiencies were found resulting in her detention following the provisions of Paris MoU on Port State Control.
