| Circonstances: | No food, no water, no gasoil. The previous crew reported the same problems in September, at that time the ship manager came on board and paid a backpay claim of US$11,000. In November ITF were contacted again by two new crew. Again no payment, no food, no fuel and no contact with the company. |
