Vessel subject expulsion order from the port of Miami. Owner filed for corporate dissolution on 22nd September 2023.
It is reported that the vessel is no longer under the Togo flag, but all data sources at the moment are still reporting Togo

Fed. int. des ouvriers du transport (ITF) (24 octobre 2023)
P&I (RO Marine Norway) has been contacted multiple times with no response received. Former crew reports that the owner has retained new crew members to replace those that have left due to non-payment of wages. Vessel remains subject to USCG COTP expulsion order.

Fed. int. des ouvriers du transport (ITF) (27 novembre 2023)
The P&I club (Ro Marine Norway) listed on the MLC 2.5.2 certificate financial security provided by the former Flag state (Togo) has not responded to any attempts made to contact them. Local ITF inspector in Norway has also been unsuccessful in making any contact with the P&I club. Local legal resources in the Miami area are unable to provide assistance to the crew as the vessel has no material value with which to recoup crew wages.

Fed. int. des ouvriers du transport (ITF) (18 mars 2024)
Lawyer for the crew has reported that crew have accepted the majority of their outstanding wages and have now dropped their claim.
