Contacted the vessel owners & managers, the Cameroon Maritime Administration and Ministere des Transports Direction Des Affaires Maritimes ET Des Voies Navigables,UAE martime authorities informed that vessel will arrive in Fujairah approximately 8th September 2023.

After investigation and verification, it was found that these 11 Chinese seafarers (including the master) did not request to disembark or be repatriated, however they will continue working on CENTRY BRIGHT. The entry into the ILO/IMO joint database would result in discrepancies with the actual situation.

China Maritime Safety Administration has promptly organized personnel to conduct a thorough investigation into the situation of the vessel in question. Below are the findings:
1. Vessel Information:

- IMO Number:9588500
2. Crew Situation Verification:
The investigation found that everything is normal at the moment. Based on the above findings, it is not recommended to include the CENTURY BRIGHT vessel in the joint database for abandoned seafarers.
