Dear Sir / Madam

I, Capt. Romans Mihailovs, on behalf of my crew of the vessel LEV Twister, require your official reply as an Insurance Company that guaranteed financial security (pls see the documents attached) regarding the stage of the process of the abandoned crew repatriations and outstanding wages payment. You have been advised regarding our case on 07.03.2023. All relevant information/documents were collected and already passed to you by the P&I representative. Calculations of the compensation of outstanding payments were done and verified by P&I and the crew as well. We have been waiting for a considerable time already and we are now experiencing undue delay without reasonable explanations from your side. Please advise, is two weeks enough to take a decision, or are you still in doubt about whether our case is insured?
Also, kindly ask you to give us the clear status of our crew – how long do we have to stay on board, and has the crew member the right to leave the vessel in case of urgent other business or urgent families issues?
Looking forward to receiving your prompt response with comprehensive explanations.

Best regards,
Master and Crew
LEV Twister
