In response to the Labour complaint filed against the vessel “NIBA”, with IMO No. 9046784, please find the latest communications:
This Administration sent an email to the shipowners, informing them of the labor complaint filed against the vessel, and requesting that they inform us of the measures adopted to correct said deficiencies.
On June 20, 2023 we have received the following P&I information:
“The shipowner paid the crew members who had bank accounts for the months of April and May and informed that the crew members who do not have bank accounts will receive their salaries in the United Arab Emirates."
On June 28, 2023 we request the ITF inspector to confirm this information.
