Total money recovered for the Ukrainian crew 4 months (May – August). Back payment obtained for the Filipino crew for 4 months and final payments as they disembarked. 7 crew repatriated some with contracts that were finished and 3 that terminated their contract due to the breach of POEA and MLC of unpaid wages. All repatriation costs were paid for.
