The crew reported on the 16/11/2021, whilst vessel was
still at sea that they were owed salaries from August 2021.
They were therefore requesting assistance to secure their
wage. Vessel arrived at Tema Roads on the 26/03/2022.
Though wages have now been paid up to February 2022,
March and April are outstanding.
There is no food on board; only a few tonnes of fresh water
and fuel to last a couple of days at anchorage.
Actions entreprises:20 avril 2022: L'Etat du Pavillon à été informé
Attempt has been made to contact shipowner, the DPA
without any success. Matter was reported to the PSC.
Vessel was boarded by PSC and detained for several
deficiencies. Flag State has been notified as well as the P&I
club.

On the 23/06/2022 4 out of the 14 crew were repatriated and paid their wages. All the crew cannot be taken of vessel, initially the Port was demanding that 7 people be left on board, but has agreed to 5 after negotiations.
The remaining crew have not been paid their owed wages and the P&I will not pay them until they are repatriated. They are now owed 5 months wages
