The seafarer declares and states that he has paid $500 to join the ship and that the employer has not arranged the payment of his outstanding wages while the owner wants him to remain on board, otherwise, they will deduct to the seafarer costs of repatriation $250. Insurer: Unknown. Mr. Osaman Rashed, who is as a crew member of the said ship, has received his due wages and is repatriated.
