Situation concernant le rapatriement: | 18 février 2022: En attente de rapatriement Indian Ministry of Shipping involved. Only 10 Indian seafarers recruited through an Indian RPS company were found. 6/10 Indian seafarers repatriated, and their wages paid out. 4/10 Indian seafarers will be repatriated as soon as the vessel is handed over to its new owner.

Commentaires et observations: | Autre (2 février 2022) The NARI NOX, IMO No 9107253 is not entered with any of the International Group Clubs, according to the International Group of P&I Clubs.
Gouv. de Comores (3 février 2022) Please note the vessel has already been sold and new owners will take over the vessel on or before 15th FEB and the new joiners are ready to join but were tested positive before they were able to fly. We have already paid the salary full and final to all the off signers and the remaining will be paid ASAP before they leave the vessel and new owner takes over. We have already informed to the same to the port as well.
Fed. int. des ouvriers du transport (ITF) (22 juillet 2022) 6 crew were repatriated on 1st February 2022 and received all outstanding wages. The remaining 4 seafarers were repatriated on 16th February 2022 and received their outstanding wages.
