Owner paid Honduran crew 1 month of salary in last 13 months, nothing in over 4 months (Hondurans joined January 2020). Owner paid Dominican and Cuban crew members 1 month of owed salary on 9 March in order to prevent them hiring an attorney to pursue their claim for wages owed (Dominican crew joined December 2020 and Cuban crew joined October 2020).

Fed. int. des ouvriers du transport (ITF) (6 avril 2021) From ITF Coordinator, Spain Three Honduran crew successfully were repatriated on the 23rd of March, 2021 by ITF. However they didn´t get the money. The safety deficiencies reported by the crew and the substandard vessel that we could see on the videos received were reported to the PSC in Dominican Republic and to the Flag State.

Fed. int. des ouvriers du transport (ITF) (6 avril 2022) Vessel has now changed name to CETUS and flag to Comoros. The vessel departed the Dominican Republic late February/early March in defiance of a court order.
