| Circonstances: | Crew were being paid lower wages than agreed for some time, then no wages since November 2006. In January 2007 the ship management company ceased to provide food claiming the registered owner should take responsibility. No communication was forthcoming from the owner and food was eventually provided by the Honorary Consulate of Philippines in Seville. The vessel was arrested by the Local Agent on 01/03/07 to collect debts. The vessel is also detained by Seville PSC due to deficiencies |

The Honorary Consulate of the Philippines in Seville appointed a lawyer to take legal action on behalf the crew against the owners, Mednavigation SA (Panama), via the London offices of the ship manager, Atlantic Shipping Ltd. on 25/01/2007.
