The Seafarers Employment Contract is from the same company as those for seafarers on the YU HAI DA and is one of the worst we have seen.

Currently remain 5 Chinese crew on the vessel at the Kaohsiung anchorage.
We continue to press the owners to fulfil their obligation and pay the outstanding wages.

4 Myanmar crew were repatriated on a relief flight on 22nd November 2020. The vessel was left the anchorage of Kaohsiung by 16 March 2021. We continue to press the agent and owner to pay the outstanding wages.
