Panama Maritime Authority contacted the P&I and they sent a person from their company to meet the needs of the crew on board and repatriation.
The owner answered that he has already paid the wage of August and he will pay the wage of September next week.

Through Email dated April 01, 2020, Oleg Romanyuk - ITF (who presented the complaint at this Department) indicated that the crew received all the wages owed and was duly repatriated. (Attached for your reference) Based
on this we request that this complaint be label as "RESOLVED".

All crewmembers were repatriated on 24/08/2020 and confirmed that their outstanding wages were transferred to their bank accounts. Total US$161,606. Resolved.
