The vessel has been kept outside territorial waters for several months, possibly to avoid authorities. The vessel left Malta OPL on the 8th or 9th November 2018.
Ch. Off. evacuated for medical reasons by Armed Forces of Maltese. Repatriation and expenses met by General Workers Union (Malta) with assistance from Immigration Police. Wages remain outstanding.

Vessel is now dead. The vessel left Maltese waters and was last heard to have been arrested in Cyprus. No conformation from the crew that they received their owed wages.
