| Circonstances: | When the ship came to Himeji, Japan on 18 April 2018, seafarers had not been paid since last January for more than 3 months and they had to buy food and water with their own money. Salaries below ILO minimum. Ship had been arrested by local court due to trouble between the management company in Hong Kong and general agent in Japan. PSC officer detained the ship on 01 May due to no salary payments after legal arrest was cancelled. |
