Kindly received below comments from South Africa, on information obtained following an inspection conducted by the Authority on the subject line vessel:

1. The vessel is under the Swedish club (P&I) , the cert appeared in order and valid until 20/02/2024
2. MLC cert appeared in order and valid until 11th Dec 2027.
3. Accommodation and living areas appeared in order.
4. Provisions stores appeared in order.
5. Crew Payments – according to the crew interviewed and the Master, the July salaries were delayed for the entire crew by a month and only paid in August together with the August Salaries. Currently all officers and crew are up to date with their salaries.
6. Few defects were noted under psc, would need to be closed out at the next port except for MF/HF radio defect which will have to be rectified before departure.

The vessel is currently at Berth 705 in Richards Bay and will sail for Brandisi (Italy) on cargo completion and after rectifying the code 17 defect.
